Your Pass, a provider of digital wallet technology to the financial services sector has announced a strategic partnership with Claim Technology to accelerate the adoption of digital passes within the insurance sector.
The partnership will combine digital passes with Claim Technology’s customer self-serve capability to enable insurers to address common challenges for customers such as who their insurer is, how to amend or purchase additional coverage, and the ability to instantly resolve claims. Confirmation of cover in the form of a digital pass can be stored in the customer’s Apple or Google Wallet, whilst support for push notifications will enable insurers to maintain real-time customer engagement, as well as upsell further services.
