1. Ask only what matters
Capture, our self-serve front end, asks only what the claim still needs. Only what the outcome depends on is asked for — which is why there is nothing to chase later.
Autonomous claims
Claims require decisions that are right, provable and defensible. We combine autonomous handling with geometric intelligence to resolve claims end-to-end, with every decision accountable.

How it works
Rules work when the answer can be written in advance. AI can infer a likely one. Claims need something harder: the one outcome the facts can actually support.
Geometric Intelligence gets there deterministically, eliminating possibilities as facts arrive until only one admissible outcome remains. The same computation determines what to ask, what to decide and what to do next.
Capture, our self-serve front end, asks only what the claim still needs. Only what the outcome depends on is asked for — which is why there is nothing to chase later.
Decide, our decisioning application, establishes the point at which more information would not change the answer — then proves that no other outcome was valid on the facts held.
Operate, our orchestration and handler application, settles the claim in the smallest number of steps it can take, and declines the ones — a validation call, a referral — that would not move the outcome.
The guarantee
Where AI is used, geometric is the control layer around it. An AI-proposed value does not enter the claim as a conclusion to be trusted; it enters as a claim to be tested — admitted only if it survives, and open to refutation by anything found later. AI reads the evidence. Geometric establishes what that evidence can support.
Every claims system in the market can compute an outcome and log that it did. What none of them can tell you is whether a different outcome — equally defensible on the same facts — was also available. That unanswered question is where reviews, complaints and regulatory findings actually live.
Geometric decisioning answers it by construction. It works by elimination: candidate outcomes are removed as facts arrive until exactly one remains admissible, and it can demonstrate that no further data would change that outcome. Not a high score against alternatives — the absence of alternatives. That is a mathematical guarantee of technical correctness, and it is the property no threshold, guardrail or second model can supply.
One honest dependency. Correctness is guaranteed against the model. Geometric proves the outcome follows inescapably from the facts held and the model applied — how faithfully that model expresses your wordings, your appetite and your regulatory position is design work, and it is where the real expertise sits. We do it with your technical claims people, in the open, and you can inspect and change it.
Confidence scores describe how well a value was read from a document. They never make the claim decision probabilistic.
Every outcome exports as a certificate: the facts held, the logic applied, and why no other outcome was admissible.
Nothing upgrades on a vendor's release schedule. Versions can be pinned and model choice constrained to your regulatory position.
A sandbox runs candidate models against a golden dataset of verified claims — challenger against champion, field by field. You see every difference, and its reasoning, before it goes live.
